Here at Metalbird, we love adding a little extra joy to your purchase! Our "Free Mini" promotion offers a free miniature bird with qualifying orders. However, there are a few important details to keep in mind when taking advantage of this offer:

1. Promotions Cannot Be Combined

During special sales or other promotions, the "Free Mini" offer is not available. This means that if you're purchasing items during a sale or using a discount code, the free mini promotion will not apply. Don’t worry—this offer will be back soon! You can always refer to our Terms & Conditions page under the "Promotions" section for the most up-to-date information.

2. Packaging Details

If you’ve qualified for the Free Mini promo, the mini bird will be included in your order. It is typically packaged in a small beige envelope placed inside the mailer, rather than inside the box with your original bird. Sometimes, the mini might be overlooked, so we encourage you to check all packaging materials carefully before assuming it’s missing.

3. Promo Eligibility

To qualify for a free mini bird, your order must include two or more full-priced birds. Please note that discounted items, including bundles, are not eligible for an additional free mini. Bundles may still include a mini bird as part of the bundle itself, but this does not qualify for an extra mini as part of the "Free Mini" promotion. There is only one Free Mini per order.
