If it’s shipped, it should be on its way — and you can track it via:

The chatbot on our site using your order number and email/phone number used for the order.
If it’s been a few days and you haven’t received tracking info, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Reach out and we’ll dig into it for you.
Delays can happen due to:
Peak season courier congestion
Address issues (especially PO boxes)
Weather disruptions
Customs delays (for international orders)

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder, promotions tab, or anywhere your email hides good stuff.
You can also use our "Digital Wingman" website chatbot. Just enter your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout. It’ll give you real-time tracking updates — no need to wait for a human.

Tracking info comes directly from our shipping partner (Courier Post), and updates can sometimes lag by a few hours, especially during peak periods.
