Can I change or cancel my order?
Best bet? Double-check everything before you hit ‘Pay now’. It saves a lot of flapping around later.
But hey—we all muck things up sometimes. If you need to change or cancel your order, head to Contact us right away and pop “Cancellation” or "Order Change" in the subject line.
We pack orders faster than a fantail chasing bugs, so there’s a tight window—usually within 24 hours—before it’s locked in.
If it’s already flown the coop, don’t worry. We’ve got an easy returns and exchange process to help set things right.
What’s your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange. The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost of sending out any exchanged item.
Please contact us before returning anything. Unannounced parcels can be tricky to match with an order.
Seconds are final sale—no returns, refunds or exchanges on those.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. If not, we can’t process your return.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
Once your bird is in flight back to us, please send through the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it.
Be sure to include your Full Name, Order Number, and reason for return in the parcel.
When will I get my refund?
If your return meets our policy and a refund is due, we’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s been received and processed. After that, it usually takes 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
If a refund isn’t applicable—say, for a final sale item—we’ll still be in touch to let you know.
