Adding/Changing/Cancelling after I have placed my orderUpdated 2 months ago
You've done your order, checked everything, you pressed the "Pay now" button...your order is now in our system! Then you decide you need one more thing, or you have instant regret and changed your mind...what now?
Best bet? Double-check everything before you hit ‘place order’. It saves a lot of flapping around later.
But hey—we all muck things up sometimes. If you need to change or cancel your order, head to our contact form right away and pop “Cancellation” or "Order Change" in the subject line, give us the details of your order number, email and phone number, and we'll try to intercept it.
Just know though, we pack orders pretty quick, often on the day of order, so there’s a tight window—usually within 12-24 hours—before it’s locked in. After that, unfortunately it's in the hands of the courier and we can't get that back.
