How do I return my bird?

On the rare occasion where you're not satisfied with your purchase (maybe it got messed up by the courier!), please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange. The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Please contact us before returning anything. Unannounced parcels can be tricky to match with an order.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost of sending out any exchanged item.

  • Seconds are final sale—no returns, refunds or exchanges on those.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging. If not, we can’t process your return.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return.

Once your bird is in flight back to us, please send through the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it.

Be sure to include your Full Name, Order Number, and reason for return in the parcel.


When will you get your refund (if you have requested one)?

If your return meets our policy and a refund is due, we’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s been received and processed. After that, it usually takes 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

If a refund isn’t applicable—say, for a final sale item—we’ll still be in touch to let you know.
