All NZ orders ship from our warehouse in Auckland.It’s a tight, efficient operation — not a massive warehouse, but big enough to keep birds moving. From here, we ship to throughout New Zealand (and to Australia!) using the Courier Post network. Our w

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. We ship all orders with CourierPost, straight from our HQ in Matakana, Auckland. We aim to dispatch same-day if you order before 12 noon NZT, Monday to Friday. Standard deliv
